The appointment was made by President of the EMA Surkhan Latifov and approved by the the EM’s central office.
After the appointment, the preparations for the first EMA’s Congress have started . Negotiations with the EM’s central office are held in this deirection, and the date of meeting will be announced in the next few days.
Ramin Rasim oglu Hajili was born on Sept. 1, 1983 in the Arayatly Village of Fizuli Region of Azerbaijan Republic. He graduated secondary school № 220 in Baku. From 2002 to 2006, he studied in the Turkish Peace Department of the Azerbaijan State Economic University, specialization in International Relations.
In 2002-2004, Hajili was the Deputy Chairman of the “Rasulzadeh-Elchibey” House, the cofounder and the First Chairman of the “Dalga” Youth Movement (YM “Dalga”) (2005-2006). Currently, he is the President of the “Academy of Democracy.”
In September 2006, Hajili became a leader of the youth organization under the Democratic Reforms Party (DRP). Since 2008, he is a member of the DRP’s Political Council.
Hajili initiated the idea of the Alma youth newspaper, which was published from 2006 to 2010. He also plays an active role in mass media.
In 2008, Hajili represented the Azerbaijani youth at the congress of the “World Movement of Democracy” International Organization held in Kiev (Ukraine). In 2009, he took part in the conference on Relations between Turkey, Azerbaijan and Armenia, which was held in Bursa (Turkey).
In 2010, Hajili visited the United States as a participant of the Young Leaders Program.
In 2010, he took part in the parliamentary elections as a representative of the “Bloc of Democracy” from 24 division of Nizami District.
Since 2011, Hajili is a founder and director of the «Üçüncü gələcək» (“Third Future”) Magazine.
He is an expert in political systems and ideologies.
